Ingredients

    Rice flour, white, 2 cup (remove)
    Xanthan gum (2 T), .5 serving (remove)
    Baking Powder, 3 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Egg Replacer (1 1/2 t), 2 serving (remove)

Directions

Combine dry ingredients and mix. Combine oil, water, egg replacer and add to dry ingredients. Bake at 350 for about an hour...or throw in the bread maker at "light" setting. Makes a 1 1/2 - 2 lb loaf.
