Ingredients

* Bulgur, dry, 1 cup
* Water, tap, 1.5 cup, boiling
* Salt, 1.5 tsp
* Lemon juice, .25 cup
* Garlic, minced, 3 tsp
* *Dried Mint, .5 tsp
* Olive Oil, .25 cup
* Parsley, dried, 4 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Combine bulgur, salt and boiling water in a bowl. Let stand for 20 minutes. Add lemon juice, garlic, mint, olive oil and parsley. Stir and refrigerate for 2-3 hours before serving.
