Ingredients

16 oz. ground turkey
2 - 10 oz. cans diced tomatoes and chilies, undrained
1 - 15.5 oz. can red idney beans
1 cup instant rice, uncooked
1/2 cup water
4 Slices 2% Kraft singles
Directions
Cook and stir turkey in large nonstick skillet until no longer pink.
Add tomatoes with juices, beans (rinsed and drained), rice and water. Mix well. Cover and cook until liquid is absorbed, stirring occasionally.
Top with singles. Cover. Let stand until cheese melts.
