Chicken Souffle

Introduction

My husband got this recipe off the internet and surprised me with a wonderful low calorie meal! Very simple and delicious! My husband got this recipe off the internet and surprised me with a wonderful low calorie meal! Very simple and delicious!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 cups Chicken breast strip, cooked and cubed
    1 1/2 c Long-Grain White Rice, Cooked
    3 Whole Hard- Boiled Eggs, Chopped
    1/2 c Onions, Chopped
    1/4 tsp salt
    10 3/4 ozs Cream of Mushroom Soup(didn't have low fat but it is suggested)
    3/4 c Miracle Whip
    1c. Rice Krispies or Multi Grain Cheerios(Cheerios used in calculations)


Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

2. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with non stick cooking spray and set aside.

3. Combine Chicken, Rice, eggs, onions, and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Mix Well.

4. Fold in mushroom soup and miracle whip. Mix Well.

5. Spoon and spread mixture evenly into prepared dish.

6. Sprinkle MultiGrain Cheerios/Rice Krispies over top.

7. Bake for 45 minutes.
