Banana Bread

Ingredients

    3 egg
    3/4 C. Vegetable oil
    2 C. splenda
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. vanilla
    2 C. Mashed bananas
    1/2 C. sliced almonds
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp salt

Directions

Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Bake at 325 degrees until golden brown and toothpick inserted in middle comes out cleans. Approx. 25 minutes. Makes 18 servings
