Coconut Oil, .33 cup (remove)
Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
Broccoli, fresh, 2 cup, chopped (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, .5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
Waterchestnuts (water chestnuts), .75 cup slices (remove)
Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (remove)
Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia) (remove)
salt, pepper, garlic, any additional seasonings you prefer
salt, remove veggies and set aside
add the other half of the fat, and brown the meat. When slightly crispy on edges, add back the veg. I just did salt, pepper, and garlic tonight, but you could add any chinese/asian or other spices! I was just in a hurry.
Serve on a bed of greens, or cauliflower, or use as filler for lettuce wraps.
