Ingredients

    2 cups cooked Brown Rice (1 cup dry)
    1 can Chicken Broth
    1 onion
    2 stalks celery
    3 (5 oz. ) cans Bumble bee Tuna in Water
    3 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    2 cups cheddar/jack shredded cheese
    1 can Cream of Chicken

Directions

Cook rice in chicken broth, plus 1/2 cup water

Saute onion and celery until tender. Add mixed vegetables.
Combine with cream of chicken soup, tuna, and 1.5 cups cheese. Place in casserole and bake covered at 350 for 25 minutes. Remove cover. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake 5 more minutes.
