Introduction

This simple recipe is my favorite for grilling pork chops. It's simple seasonings highlight the true flavor of the chops. I use thick cut (1.25" - 1.75") bone-in pork chops. This simple recipe is my favorite for grilling pork chops. It's simple seasonings highlight the true flavor of the chops. I use thick cut (1.25" - 1.75") bone-in pork chops.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Bone-In Pork Chop (Thick Cut)
    Olive Oil Spray (or EVOO)
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)

Directions

Spray pork chop with Olive Oil spray or lightly coat with EVOO. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 4 to 5 minutes (depending on thickness). Keep in mind the pork will continue to cook even after it is removed from the grill. Remove chops and tent with foil. Allow chops to sit for approximately 5 minutes. Makes one serving.
