AWC - Banana Bread

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 ½ c whole wheat flour
    ¼ c wheat germ
    1 t. cinnamon
    3 t. baking powder
    ¼ t. salt
    ½ c. chopped nuts
    ¼ c. applesauce (or oil)
    ½ c. honey (or 1/4c. MORE mashed banana)
    ¾ t. vanilla
    1 c. mashed banana (2-3 small)
    1 egg, lightly beaten

Directions

Mix all ingredients in KitchenAide until combined.
Spread into Pam sprayed loaf pan.
BAKE: 45-50 minutes
FOR CUPCAKES or SMALL LOAFS…..check q 5min after 20 min.
