Melissa's Banana Cinnamon Cream of Wheat

Ingredients

    3Tbsp Cream of Wheat (2 1/2 min cooking time, Red box)
    1 Large Banana, mashed
    1 Cup Silk Pure Coconut Milk, Original
    1/4 Cup Water

Directions

In a small sauce pan over medium high heat bring banana, milk, and water to almost a boil (little bubbles will form around the edges). Add the cinnamon and cream of wheat. Whisk until blended. Reduce heat to low. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes.

Makes 2 (3/4 Cup) Servings
