Chicken Garbage Stew 2

Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    Chicken, cooked, cut up in cubes 3 lbs.
    1 lb. Great Northern beans
    celery 1 cup diced
    frozen corn 1 lb bag
    onions 1.50 cups chopped
    garlic 5 cloves
    worcester sauce 3 TBS.

    1 quart low sodium chicken stock
    1 can diced tomatoes no salt added (14.75 oz.)
    carrots 1.50 cups slice
    1 tsp. Salt for Life

Tips

precook carrots 7 min.on high in microwave before adding to stew.


Directions

Cook chicken and cut up into bite size pieces
Soak beans overnight.
Add all ingredients to stock pot and heat on low after bringing to a boil.
Cook on low heat for approx 2.5 hours.
Serve over rice or pasta. (nutritional info not included)
