Shredded Chicken Taco Salad

Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, no skin, 8 ounces (remove)
    Romaine Lettuce 1 heart
    Tortilla Chips, 2 oz (remove)
    Beans, red kidney, .5 cup
    Hidden Valley Light Ranch, 8 tbsp (remove)
    Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
    Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup (remove)
    Rojo seasoning
    cumin

Directions

Boil chicken breasts
Shred chicken
Put into pan with 1/2 can drained kidney beans
add onion
Add rojo seasoning and cumin to taste
While simmering, chop up 1 romaine heart
Add chicken to lettuce
add cheese and crushed tortilla chips
