Chicken Salad

Introduction

This is such a different kind of chicken salad the grapes give it a different twist. This is such a different kind of chicken salad the grapes give it a different twist.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    Swanson: White Premium Chunk Chicken Breast, 12.5 Oz
    Dynasty: Sliced Water Chestnuts, 8 Oz
    Grapes, 1/2 cup, seedless (red or green)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk
    Ginger, ground, 1 tsp
    Parsley, dried, 1 tbsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Blue Plate Mayonnaise, 4 tbsp

Directions

Drain the water from the canned chicken (separate the chunks) and canned water chestnuts add to a bowl. Cut your grapes in half then add to bowl, Chop the celery fine ( i used my little chopper ) add to bowl, Add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. Refrigerate until cool or cold depending on how you like it.


You can add this on bread or lettuce or just eat it plain. I put 8 servings but i think it probably more than that. depending on how much you eat.
