Ingredients

    1/2 each- green,yellow,and red
    1 small sweet onion
    1 tbsp. butter
    8 oz. honey suckle turkey breakfast sausage
    4 med. eggs

Directions

in a large skillet break up sausage and cook till done, in the mean time beat eggs, remove sausage from skillet, in the same skillet add the butter, melt, and saute' the peppers and onion together till soft add the sausage back in and stir mix all together well, push it all out to the sides(as if your making a hole in the center,) ,pour the beat eggs in the center and let cook, after they start cooking stir all together till eggs are completly done,, serve as is or in a tortilla, the tortilla's are not in the calorie count for this recipe.
