Acorn Squash with sweet stuffing

Ingredients

    * *Squash, winter, acorn, raw, 1 squash (4 inch dia) (remove)
    * Butter, salted, 5 tbsp (remove)
    * Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Nutmeg, ground, 2 tsp (remove)
    * Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Nabisco Ritz Crackers (5 crackers), 2 serving (remove)
    * Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (remove)

Directions

cut acorn squash in half and remove seeds.
crush ritz crackers in a bowl.
Mix everything but acorn squash in with crackers.
Place acorn squash halves cut-side up in a baking dish and put an inch of water in the pan.
Fill acorn squash hollows with ritz cracker-butter-sugar-seasoning mix.
Cover pan with tin foil. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
