Emily's Meatloaf

Ingredients

    Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)
    *Extra Lean Ground Pork, 19.2 oz (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Garlic, 4 tsp (remove)
    Rosemary, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)

Directions

Mix all ingredients together cook at 375 for 50 min. then mix no salt ketchsup with dry mustard and brown sugar, spread on top and cook for another 10 min. Best yet, mix ketchsup mixture with meatloaf before cooking the add topping as before.
