MK Easy BBQ Salmon

Introduction

Great, simple BBQ Salmon that goes well with almost any side dish. Delicious cold. You can also pan fry this till golden then finish in the oven. Great, simple BBQ Salmon that goes well with almost any side dish. Delicious cold. You can also pan fry this till golden then finish in the oven.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    100g salmon filet
    1/2 garlic clove, minced
    1/4 tsp oregano
    Few drops of olive oil
    Dusting of cajun spice

Directions

Makes 1 serving. Place salmon filet on a piece of foil. Spread few drops of olive oil on top of fish then spread garlic. Dust with oregano and cajun spice. Grill on hot BBQ for about 10 minutes an inch.
