MK Veggie Stir Fry

Introduction

Delicious veggie stir fry with ginger and sesame oil. Delicious veggie stir fry with ginger and sesame oil.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 Zucchini
    2 Carrot
    2 Peppers - Orange/Red/Yellow
    1 cup sliced onion
    1 cup sugar snap or snow peas
    2 cloves garlic
    2" ginger root
    1 tsp sesame oil
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 tbsp soy sauce or teriyaki

    Optional - snow peas
    1 tbsp terriyaki sauce

Directions

Slice veggies into thin strips. Heat olive oil in wok and stir in garlic and ginger for few minutes, then add onions. Cook quickly over high heat for 3 minutes, then add carrots. Keep cooking for 2 minutes. Add other veggies and cook for about another 2 minutes (or till done to your liking). Add a little water/chicken stock/teriyaki or soy sauce if you need to to 'steam fry' veggies. Stir in sesame oil before serving.
