Pizza

Ingredients

    2 3/4 cup white flour
    2 tablespoons yeast
    1 tablespoon salt
    1 cup warm water
    2 tablespoons olive oil
    1/2 can hunts traditional pasta sauce
    24 slices pepperoni
    8 oz shredded mozzerella cheese
    6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
    1 tomato, sliced
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mix together 1 1/4 cup flour, yeast, and salt. Add water and oil. Mix until smooth, then add remaining flour and mix until all is incorporated. Kneed for 6 to 8 minutes, then divide in half, cover, and let rest for ten minutes.
Take out two large cookie sheets, and put 1 tbsp olive oil into the center of each pan. Put one ball of dough onto each pan and form it out into a circle, with slightly raised edges. Bake in a 425 degree oven for 12 minutes.
remove from oven and put sauce, cheese, cooked and crumbled bacon, pepperoni, and tomato slices on the pizzas. Bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and cut each pizza into 8 slices. Makes 16 servings.
