Tina's Chicken Chow Mein

Ingredients

    2 oz of diced skinless, boneless chicken breast

    1 cup fresh broccoli, chopped

    1 cup raw onions, chopped or sliced

    1tbs low sodium soy sauce

    1 cup cooked white rice

Directions

Stir all ingredients except for the rice in a heated wok.
Serve on a bed of 1 cup of cooked white rice
