Hot Buffalo Chicken Dip

Ingredients

    1 (8 ounce) Neufchaltel Cream Cheese, softened
    1/2 cup low fat blue cheese salad dressing ( also good with Ranch)
    1/2 cup Frank'sŪ RedHot Cayenne Pepper Sauce( I use 1/4 cup for the kiddos)
    1/2 cup Low fat crumbled blue cheese or Low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
    2 (9.75 ounce) cans White meat chicken
    I calculated it as 12 servings, I am not sure of the actual serving size, But it does make a big batch.
    Serve with fresh celery and carrots.

Directions

Stir the cream cheese in a 9-inch deep dish pie plate with a fork or whisk until it's smooth. Stir in the dressing, pepper sauce and blue cheese. Stir in the chicken.

Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken mixture is hot and bubbly. Stir before serving. Serve with the vegetables and crackers for dipping.
I also top with a bit more cheese at the very end, not in calculations.
