Irresistable Peanut Butter Cookies (from Crisco)

Introduction

I am experimenting with gluten free flour as I am wheat intolerant. If you have Celiac's be sure to check all ingredients to see if they are gluten free. Number of Servings: 36

Ingredients

    3/4 cup smooth peanut butter
    1/2 c shortening
    1 1/4 c packed brown sugar
    3 tbsp milk
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1 large egg
    1 3/4 c gluten free all purpose flour
    1/4 tsp xanthan gum
    3/4 tsp baking soda
    3/4 tsp salt

Directions

Makes 36 good sized cookies.

Mix first 5 ingredients in mixer bowl until well blended. Add egg and mix again. combine all dry ingredients in a small bowl then slowly mix into wet ingredients.

Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes.
