Introduction

Mom's chili...mmmm the best I know! Mom's chili...mmmm the best I know!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 Tbs. Canola Oil
    1 lb ground beef
    1 bell pepper chopped
    1 small onion chopped
    1 Tbs. Chili powder
    1 small can kidney beans
    1 cup tomato sauce
    1 cup water

Directions

Heat oil in pan until hot
Chop bell pepper and onion into small chunks and add to hot oil.
Saute and add ground beef and brown
Add kidney beans and sauce
Stir in water
Heat to boil for 5 minutes
Simmer 30 minutes
Serves six
