Apricot Chicken

Ingredients

    32 oz boneless chicken
    3 TBS soy sauce
    1/4 cup honey
    .5 large onion chopped
    1/2 tsp ginger
    1.5 tsp garlic powder
    2 sticks cinnamon
    juice of 1 lemon
    2 tsp turmeric
    1/4 tsp red pepper
    1/2 cup apricot preserves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a covered baking dish.

Bake 45 mins at 350.

Serve over rice.
