Ingredients


    Ingredients:
    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup
    Wheat bran, crude, 1 cup
    *BIGGEST loser vanilla protein powder, 4 serving
    Baking Soda, .5 tsp
    *sucanat, 16 tsp
    Pineapple Juice, 15 mL
    Applesauce, unsweetened, 1 cup
    Egg white, 2 serving
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *coconut extract, 1 tsp
    *Pineapple crushed in unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 cup

Directions

makes 24 cookies
prehet oven to 350 degrees. Line baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.

in a large bowl, mix together first 4 ingredients. set aside.

In a small bowl stir in sucnat into the juice and set aside.

add all remaining ingredients to the large bowl and combine gently do not over mix.

Next, using a spoon and bare hands form dough into a wlnut sized ball. Place on baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake in oven til light brown bout 10 min.
cool.
