Homemade Lemon-Lime Sports Drink

Introduction

You don't need the artificial colors and flavors to refuel during a long workout! You don't need the artificial colors and flavors to refuel during a long workout!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 cup hot water
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. kosher salt
    2 tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tbsp. lime juice
    Ice
    Cold Water

Directions

Mix hot water, sugar and kosher salt together until well-dissolved. Add juice. Pour into a one quart container filled with ice. Stir to chill. Fill remainder of container with water, stir well. Enjoy!
