Vegetable Chicken Soup

Introduction

Great for those cold days! Great for those cold days!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    Whole Chicken
    2 summer squash
    1 zuchini
    2 stalks celery
    2 tsp garlic
    one onion chopped
    about 8 to 10 cups of water

Directions

Boil chicken with celery, onion and garlic. Take chicken out and remove the meat from the bones, discarding any skin and gristle. After chicken is deboned, add back to broth and light up the fire again. Add the remaining ingredients. I like to add chile powder and chipotle cubes to give a mexican flavoring.
