Introduction

This is a healthier version of the teriyaki sauce my family has made for years! It's great for Teriyaki Chicken, Stir Fry, Shish Kabobs, etc.....yum! This is a healthier version of the teriyaki sauce my family has made for years! It's great for Teriyaki Chicken, Stir Fry, Shish Kabobs, etc.....yum!
Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    1 c. Light Soy Sauce
    1/2 c. Water
    1/2 c. Wine (any kind)
    1 tsp. Ground Ginger
    1/4 tsp. Garlic Powder
    4 T. Splenda

Directions

Combine all ingredients. Then use the sauce for whatever you're going to cook. For Teriyaki Chicken and/or Kabobs, it's better to marinate the meat for a couple of hours prior to cooking. If just making stir fry, just put it in the pan with chicken and veggies and cook until it's all ready!
