Ingredients

    1 tbsp butter
    2 med size tomato, peeled, and then grated
    2 Maggi stock cubes
    6 oz chicken breast, cubed small pieces
    2 oz vermicelli
    salt
    pepper
    2 tbsp minced parsley

Directions

cook grated tomato in butter for 10 minutes

add remaining ingredients except vermicelli and parsley

add 3 cups water

boil and then simmer for 15 minutes

add vermicelli

cook until vermicelli done

garnish with parsley

squeeze with lemon if you want

serves 2
