Ingredients

3 Russet potatoes, peeled and diced
1 stick unsalted butter
1/4 cup heavy cream
salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes, place in a pot with water to cover.
Boil 25 minutes, remove and drain.
Return drained potatoes to the hot pot and add butter, cream.
Mash and whip. Salt and pepper to taste
