150g/5oz light muscovado sugar
100g/3.5oz self rasing flour
50g 2oz cocoa powder
0.5tsp baking powder
-Preheat oven to 180C/350F/Gas Mark 4
-Mix the butter, musovado sugar, eggs, flour, cocoa powder and baking powder in a bowl and beat for about a minute until light and creamy.
-Divide the mixture between 12 paper cups.
-Bake in oven for 20 minutes or until just risen.
