Ingredients

    4 TBSP Olive Oil
    2 small summer squash
    2 cups sliced zuchini
    2 cups broccoli florets
    24oz (3 cups) chopped cooked chicken

Directions

Saute chicken in 2 TBSP olive oil, set aside to cool. Saute Vegetables ion 2 TBSP olive oil. Chopp chicken into bite size pieces and add to veggies and toos and heat thru.
