1 boneless, skinless chicken breast half, grilled
1 Tbs. hot sauce
2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1/4 c. tomato, diced
1 scallion, chopped
6-8 banana pepper rings
1 oz. feta cheese
This works best if you use chicken that you grilled the night before. It's a great salad to pack for lunch. You can also add bleu cheese or ranch dressing, if you wish, but the hot sauce provides a lot of flavor, so other dressing is not necessary!
