1 c. vegetable broth
1 c. almond milk
2 c. sliced baby portabello mushrooms
Real Salt and Granulated Garlic to taste
Note: If you're not a strict vegetarian, you can use beef broth instead of vegetable broth for a more "authentic" flavor.
Makes 3 3/4-cup servings. Serve over pasta, vegetables or brown rice.
