1 C Brown Rice 2.5 C Chicken Broth 20 oz can Crushed Pineapple 14 oz Turkey Polska Kielbasa, sliced 16 oz pkg San Francisco Blend Vegetables(frozen) 2.5 C Red Bell Pepper, chopped
Put rice and chicken broth in a large pan. Heat to boiling, let simmer, covered for 20-25 minutes, until most of broth is absorbed. While rice is simmering slice up turkey kielbasa and chop red bell peppers. Then put whole can of pineapple, kielbasa, peppers and frozen vegetables in pan with rice. Continue to simmer until most of liquid is absorbed and vegetables are heated through, 15-20 minutes.
Makes 6 - 1.5 Cup servings.
