Introduction

Ingredients

    Cabbage, fresh, .25 head, medium (about 5-3/4" dia) (remove)
    Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long) (remove)
    Water, bottled, 2 serving (remove)
    *Potato, raw, .5 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)

Directions

Place water into a stainless steel pan, add chopped cabbage, diced celery, and chopped up potatoes with skins.
boil and reduce to simmer for 20 minutes with lid on. Remove vegys, and let cool to drink.

Make a double batch and save some for later in the afternoon.
