Pumpkin Protein Chocolate Muffins

Ingredients

    DRY INGREDIENTS:
    1.5cup whole wheat flour
    2 scoop ISONATURAL Chocolate whey protein
    2 tsp dark brown sugar
    2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
    1tsp pumpkin pie spice
    1tsp cinnamon
    1tsp baking soda

    WET INGREDIENTS:
    1 cup canned pumpkin
    75 grams plain greek yogurt
    1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
    2 eggwhites

    optional:
    1/4 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1)Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F.

2)In a large bowl, add and mix together all dry ingredients

3)In another bowl, add and stir together all wet ingredients

4)Stir together the dry and wet ingredients, until thick batter is formed

5)Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray
-distribute batter evenly in a 12-muffin pan

6)Bake 25 minutes until batter rises
-placing toothpick in the center, it should come out clean
