Crock Pot Chicken Chowder

Introduction

I tossed this into the my 2-qt Crock Pot this afternoon and it came out quite well; very tasty! (It half-fills mine.) I tossed this into the my 2-qt Crock Pot this afternoon and it came out quite well; very tasty! (It half-fills mine.)
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Chicken Broth, 1 can (10.75 oz)
    Potato, raw, 8 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.) - cut into cubes
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) - sliced
    Mushrooms, fresh, 151 grams - cut into small pieces
    Roast chicken breast no skin, 200 grams - cut into small pieces

Directions

Put everything into your Crock Pot and stir. Cook on high for four hours. If you want it to be more like soup, add 1 cup of water before turning on the Crock Pot.

For variation, you might try adding green onions or leeks; rosemary; and/or cheese.

Makes four 2-cup servings.
