12 whole hard boiled eggs peeled and chopped
3/4 cup grated cheese (can use reduced fat)
1/2 cup kraft light miracle whip
6 slices of bacon fried and crumbled
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1.5 dashes worcestershire sauce
3 whole english muffins (I use Thomas light multigrain!)
combine eggs with other ingredients and fold together gently. Cover and store in fridge overnight
Spread on English muffin halves then broil for 3-5 minutes until hot and bubbly. (don't set them too close to heating element!) Serve immediately! great with grapefruit!
