Mari's Turkey Burger AND Veggie Crumble CHILI

    1 large onion, 3 bell peppers (I prefer 1 yellow, 1 orange, and 1 red but all 3 red is fine), 1 pound turkey burger, 1 whole bag of Morning Star Veggie Crumble, 2 cans Black beans, 1 can Bush's medium Chili Beans, 1 large can Kidney beans, 2 cans of diced tomatoes, 2 packets of chili seasoning.


Brown the turkey burger. Dice all peppers and all the onion. Add ALL ingredients to the cooked turkey burger in a very large pan. Cook on medium-low heat for about 1.5 hours stirring frequently so nothing burns on the bottom of the pan.
Sometimes 2 hours is needed.
This chili is very filling. Makes 14 servings!
