Fresh Cranberry Sauce

Introduction

A great low fat, low calorie way to get in some fresh fruit into your diet. I love this better than candy! Hope you like it too. A great low fat, low calorie way to get in some fresh fruit into your diet. I love this better than candy! Hope you like it too.

Ingredients

    3 cups cranberries fresh or frozen
    2 cups apples
    2 cups oranges
    1/2 - 3/4 cup splenda, to taste

Directions

Place cranberries, apple chunks, peeled oranges into a food processor and chop into small dice. Spoon mixture into glass bowl, add splenda and stir until mixed. Better if left to meld for 3-4 hours or overnight. Will keep in the refrigerator 4-5 days covered.

Makes approx. 14 half cup servings.
