Buckwheat Pancakes

Ingredients

    2/3 c hodgson mill buckwheat pancake mix
    1/2 c Silk Light (Plain)
    Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
    1/2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil,
    1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread,
    4 Tbsp Maple Grove Farms Maple Flavor Sugar Free Syrup

Directions

mix pancake mix, milk, egg, oil together. heat pan, spray with non-stick, pour in pan. heat until bubbly. turn for 1 more minute until golden.
serve with vegetable oil spread and sugar free syrup. Makes 3 large pancakes.
