1/2 c Silk Light (Plain)
Egg, fresh, 1 jumbo
1/2 tbsp Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil,
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil Spread,
4 Tbsp Maple Grove Farms Maple Flavor Sugar Free Syrup
serve with vegetable oil spread and sugar free syrup. Makes 3 large pancakes.
