Ingredients

    College Inn Chicken Broth Fat free, 50% sodium, (1) Container, 1 serving (remove)
    *Pepper, white, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Red Wine Vinegar, 0.5 cup (remove)
    *Toasted Sesame Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Sauce - Soy Sauce - La Choy, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *Argo Cornstarch, 1 tbsp (remove)
    *cucumbers (sliced), 1 cup (remove)
    Garlic, 5 tsp (remove)
    *Shrimp (raw wt), 32 oz (remove)
    *whole onion, raw (1 onion), .5 serving (remove)
    Cabbage, chinese (pak-choi), raw, .5 cup, shredded (remove)

Directions

In a large pan, heat broth, white pepper, red wine vinegar and sesame oil. In a small cup, combine soy sauce and cornstarch. Add to soup; cook and stir 1 minute. Stir in shrimpand garlic; let simmer 5 minutes. minutes. Add cucumber onion, simmer 4 minutes. Add cucumber onion, simmer 3 minutes. Serve hot.

Can add scallops.
