Directions

***You need a high powered blender like a Vita-Mix to make this on a regular basis.*** You will dull the blades on regular blenders and possibly burn out motors because of the frozen fruit and ice.

Cut apple and add to blender. Add strawberries and blueberries as well. Pour fiber on top. Add 1-1/2 cups of water.
Blend until smooth. Add ice as needed to make the smoothy the consistency that you like.
