Introduction

Ridiculously easy and so good. Only downside is that you will want to eat more than you should. Ridiculously easy and so good. Only downside is that you will want to eat more than you should.

Ingredients



    * Ground beef, lean, 16 oz
    * *Onion - Raw, chopped, 1 cup
    * *Elbow Macaroni, 7 oz
    * *Tomatoes, 28 oz. canned whole
    * Salt, 1 tsp
    * Pepper, black, 1/2 tsp
    * Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1.5 cup
    * *Kraft 2% cheddar block cheese, grated, 8 oz
    * Water, 1/2 cup
    * Chili powder, 1 tbsp

Directions

Serves 6

Brown meat, drain. Add chopped onion and cook until tender. Stir in remaining ingredients except cheese. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 30-35 minutes. Top with grated cheese 7 min. before serving. Add more water as needed.
