1/3 cup balsamic vinegar
4 t dijon mustard
1/2 T dried rosemary
1 clove garlic
2 lbs boneless chicken breasts
1 T cornstarch
when done, remove chicken and place liquid in a pan and whisk in cornstarch in a slurry and boil for a minute then pour over chicken.
SERVING IS A HEAPING TABLESPOON OF SAUCE AND 4oz OF CHICKEN
