smokey Chili

Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    *Ground Turkey Jennie-O (white meat), 16 oz
    *Beans, Kidney beans dark red 1 can
    Beans, great northern, 1 can
    Bush's, Black Beans, 1 can
    Tomato Paste, 1-2 TBsp
    *Chili Seasoning Mix, Whole pack
    *chipolte in adobo sauce 3 peppers in sauce
    *Crystal Farms Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 2 tbsp
    *Yogurt- Athenos Greek Strained NonFat Yogurt, Plain, 1 Tbsp
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, chopped
    Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped

Directions

I brown the meat with the peppers and onions and a little of the adobo sauce. I then add everything tot he Crockpot and simmer on low for 4 hours up to 8 hours. If wanted can be topped with cheese and sour cream , however if using sour cream instead of suggested yogurt the nutrition facts will be off. Hope everyone enjoys this :)
