Introduction

Ingredients

    egg, slice of oat bran bread (or bread of choice), one slice of bacon

Directions

Cook bacon until brown and crispy, set aside to drain on absorbent paper towel. While bacon is cooking, soft-boil egg (place egg in small pan with enough water to cover by one inch, bring water just to the simmer, cover pot with lid, turn of the heat and wait 5 minutes) or poach egg by cracking egg into gently simmering water in small skillet and allowing egg to cook slowly while you proceed with recipe. Toast bread until nicely browned and cut into bite-sized bits. Place bread in a beautiful bowl, top with egg, and sprinkle with crumbled bacon. Delightful.
