Remove sausage to a cutting board; add peppers & cook while slicing sausage. Return sausage to the pot. Add water, sodium free boullion & seasonings. Makes approximately 12 1-cup servings.

Can also make this in the crockpot on low for 8 hours: cook sausage &slice, then combine all ingredients except kale & vinegar in crockpot. Add kale & vinegar during the last hour of cooking.
