Boneless chicken breast, skin removed
1/2 cup Stove Top Stuffing
1 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
2 tbs Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette Salad Dressing
Add 1 oz. of non-fat cream cheese to mix, heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Cut and seed 1/2 tomato and add to mix.
Butterfly cut boneless chicken breast and stuff
Coat with salad dressing and allow a little on the bottom of the pan in lieu of oil.
